How to verify before you pay

What to ask for. Legal name, tax ID, registered address and who is answerable. Check it in a public registry, not on the seller's site.

Andes SolarHash SpA, RUT (Chilean tax ID) 78.272.263-8, registered at Manquehue Norte 151, office 1205, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. It began operating on 17 October 2025: it is a young company.

Its tax status can be looked up with the RUT on the website of Chile's Servicio de Impuestos Internos.

What to ask for. The serial number of each miner on the invoice or contract, and a photo of the label. The chassis number should match the hashboards.

The Client acquires an ASIC miner according to the model, price, availability and conditions stated in the quote or contract. Ownership transfers on the terms defined by the quote, invoice, contract, full payment and delivery of documents.

The published terms do not mention the serial number. Ask for it to be included in the invoice or contract.

What to ask for. A pool account in the buyer's name, with payouts sent directly to the buyer's own wallet.

The client will choose their mining pool and rewards go directly from the pool to the client.

The buyer is responsible for their wallet and private keys.

What to ask for. Observer access to the pool, not screenshots. A 24 to 72 hour log shows whether the miner is working.

The client will have access to monitor output live through each pool's app (f2pool, ViaBTC, among others).

ASH may also provide production reports, at the frequency and in the format the contract sets.

What to ask for. The location of the facility and the operator's name. If possible, a visit or a live video call, not a recorded video.

Miners are housed in mining farms run by partner operators in the United Arab Emirates. ASH does not own those facilities.

This site does not publish the operator's name. Ask for it with the quote.

What to ask for. How uptime is measured, what is excluded and what happens if it is not met. A published 100% uptime is a red flag: serious farms stop for maintenance and for grid demand.

A target operating availability (uptime) of 95% a year, which is neither an absolute guarantee nor grounds for automatic compensation, unless the individual contract expressly provides so.

In the published record, the S21 Pro averaged 95.2% of its rated hashrate.

What to ask for. The notice period, who packs it and who pays for transport. The contract should not allow the machine to be moved, pledged or sold without its owner's authorization.

ASH offers purchase with hosting or with withdrawal of the machine, and its sales document provides for the possibility of withdrawing, relocating, selling or reassigning the machine, subject to contractual, logistical and operating conditions.

The published terms do not detail how a machine already in hosting is withdrawn: that has to be in the contract. They also reserve ASH's right to assign, reassign, replace or adjust infrastructure, machines, pool, configuration or operating mechanisms for technical or security reasons.

What to ask for. The price per kWh, what it includes, how it is adjusted and whether it is charged during an outage. Also the repair limit the operator may spend without approval.

A fixed rate of 0.080 USD/kWh: 0.052 energy plus 0.028 housing. The catalogue publishes the monthly cost of each miner.

Major repairs, spare parts, transport and insurance may be charged to the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

What to ask for. An invoice, an account in the company's name and a traceable payment method. Never to a person or wallet unrelated to the seller.

ASH issues tax documents under Chilean rules. The terms accept bank transfer, USD, CLP, cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, and state that the binding price is the one in the quote issued.

Chilean law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Santiago unless the contract sets otherwise.
